« I like the property it was beautiful. The room was okay. But it felt more like a college dorm room than a mountain retreat. I get you root for your college team but not everyone will like that in their motel room. It needed to be more neutral for everyone. We had no towels in our room and a good thing we brought our own for swimming at the lake. »

« No was at the front desk I waited for over 20 minutes no one ever got there , had to go look for a cleaning lady to help me at the front desk she made my key and when I tried to open the door it wouldn’t open I had to go find her and she opened my door with her key and took my key , I told her I have to leave so I will need a key , she said when I get back the clerk should be there and I can get a key when I get back , I was very upset and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , the pool was...
