"The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good by American standards, but for me, being Italian, it's a bit of a problem...especially without espresso! The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough, though everything was dated. In any case, for what I paid, it was good value for money."

"Very close to the beach. Simple layout that was perfect to enjoy the ocean view and sounds. Walking distance to good restaurants and Publix."

"The room appeared clean with a spot of mold in the tub/shower and it was very slippery. The refrigerator made a popping sound on and off throughout the night. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and informative. The location is a little isolated with heavy I-95 traffic noise. "

"The listing was posted as a 1 bedroom house and we were unaware it was a shared location. Unfortunately you are unable to secure your belongings. Being that is was our wedding anniversary, we decided not the stay. The host graciously gave us a credit, and worked on the listing to have it corrected for future visitors."

"We didn’t get our oven view room rooms we’re not clean very out dated our room was missing a curtain over the ac so we put a towel over it manager was nice it has a great view If your looking for a CHEAP room with the ocean across the street"

"This was a quick turnaround/last minute booking, so I wasn’t expecting wonderful. However, the property is not smoke free and severely impacted my stay because it affected my health. I did not stay past the first night. Property owner did not waive second night that I did not stay."
