Staff are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, they were willing , helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success. Owners should consider investing in a renovation and some no smoking rooms to make it wholly complete

Totally unexpected from the get go in every (positive) aspect! From the initial contact with staff everything went smooth and easy. Incredibly helpful staff ( Thank you so much Mr. Emrah Saracoglu!) who is truly happy to make your stay in hotel and city of Adana experience to remember. This hotel is on par ( if not better) with huge hotel chains located nearby. Super rich buffet breakfast even for demanding people like me ( I am vegan). Room was more than spacious ( much more than hotel of this rating) and there was no any scent of tobacco. Just amazaing experience staying in Cukurova park. And yes covered valet parking is free. Thank you to the staff for making beautiful time I spent in Adana even better.

Overall I wasn't expecting these conditions.
Overall I wasn't expecting these conditions. I used to stay at this hotel (5 years ago) and had no problems. But this time I was disappointed. The room was not clean for my standards and had a heavy humid smell. Probably because of old air condition filter.

Good location for a reasonable hotel.
I found it a suitable stay. The room size is OK and the bed was clean and comfy. The location is good and handy for shopping and dining in the city. The staff are nice people.

Nice hotel with nice staff and good cooling system whith a breakfast which is not so good but acceptable, the location is a little bit noisy and crowded cause its in the center of the city, there is not tea or coffee maker at room but you can have it for free at lobby. Overall its a good choice for money you pay for it.

About our stay at Cukurova Park Hotel
As students me and my brother stayed at Cukurova Park Hotel, which we just booked when we arrived at the airport. When we reached the hotel round 10 am they gave us the room earlier and that was a good point, also after we get to our room there was no tea maker and tooth brush at room and that was really annoying but the room was really clean and neat. The staff are nice and kind and the breakfast was just a normal one Its a good hotel at all so I suggest it to mt friends.

Don't be fooled by the star rating, it's awful.
The hotel lobby looked nice, but when I got to room, the smell of cigarette was suffocating. there was only 2 dimmed lights in the room, I couldn't even read. communicating with the front desk was also very challenging, as no one speaks English, other than the morning manager, who speaks very little English. I tried to get a power adapter so I can plug in my laptop they didn't have it. I arrived late and very tired, so I went straight to bed, I woke up less than an hour later overheated, I tried to get the room temperature lowered but the thermostat will not respond to going down, will only go up. so I pulled over me the thin sheet and kicked off the comforter. the room was so hot, I was tossing and turning all night, finally the morning came, when I got up, I realized that the sheet that i used to cover myself was actually the mattress cover (they didn't have fitted mattress cover), and I was sleeping directly on the mattress pad which was beyond disgusting, yellow spots where everywhere on that pad. I couldn't feel clean for days after that, even though I spent over half an hour scrubbing myself. I had initially paid for 2 nights non-refundable, but I couldn't stay there for another hour after that first awful night, so I left and checked in another hotel and lost the money for the second night.

Eski bir otel. İki kişilik yataklı oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen iki tek kişilik yataklı oda hazırlanmıştı. Bunu belirttiğimizde hemen oda değiştirildi amcak yeni oda sigara kokuyordu. Karyola gıcırdıyordu. Personel kibardı. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu. Uzun yolculuğumuz sırasında sadece uyumak için bir gece kalıp yola devam ettiğimiz için beklentimizi karşıladı.
