« Was looking for a small home during the world, police and fire games. The home was perfect, clean comfortable and well equipped for the price range. If you have business in Birmingham or just want to see the sites, this is a great affordable place. Even the neighbors were kind. »

« The house although old and in need of repairs is cute. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable & the bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms were clean. Other living areas of the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There are 5 TVs in the house & outdoor areas. The 2 outside would not even turn on. The main tv in the family room area & bedroom TVs would not connect to WiFi because the network name & password clearly displayed in the Guest Binder and also various places in the home,...

« Train tracks within 1/4 mile, trains running all through the night, across the street from a manufacturing facility, noises from there all night, right on main highway, traffic noises all night. We couldn’t sleep for the noise. The mattress in all three bedrooms were very uncomfortable. »
