"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? "Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. "I had a great stay at Elen’s place. The welcome pack was very welcome after a long train journey. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was so quiet I had a lovely night’s sleep. The house is in a very convenient position just off the High Street, near to supermarkets, take aways and places to eat out.
