"Lovely clean room, only one thing could improve on is the pillows are very soft and thin. Restaurant is very loud during evening meal couldn’t really hear anyone talking. Food is ok but had better. Breakfast was quieter"

"Great location to be able to travel anywhere in Aberdeen. Room was very clean and quiet, the shower in toilet room was very acceptable. Lifts are fast and smooth. Full breakfast was great, good quality and very accessible. We left fully rested & recharged for the coming day."

"I was disgusted by there not being a TOILET BRUSH! I asked at the desk and was told company policy I've never heard anything so crazy, and have never knowingly stayed in a hotel without one before. It is DISGUSTING. Surely you don't expect travellers to supply their own? The most basic piece of hospitality equipment. I felt degraded."

"This hotel has location as its best feature. We’d stay here again for that. I’m not a fan of booking in advance and getting a wheelchair accessible room. I feel those rooms should be saved for those who need them. The other downside was the elevator situation. One was out of order our entire visit. We’d take the stairs but not with over 100lbs of luggage."
