"So glad I chose Hilton once again but the Hilton in Bahrain is one of the best I have ever stayed in in terms of accommodation and service. Staff went out of the way to look after visitors and ensure their comfort. I would like to be able to visit again if given the opportunity. A real credit to the Hilton chain. "

"Overall is good but the facility need to be renovated very old furniture and very old overused bed sheets and pillows you see the color is not white almost yellow because of overused A lot of drunk guest you need to be careful if your family are with you At 5 AM 2 drunk guest jump to my balcony and they try to enter the room I wake and call the security immediately and he act as it’s normal "

"While booking it was informed that the luxury villa 02 bedroom will have jetted bathtub which was not available, Moreover, the swimming pool depth is 1.55m without any steps, which is not standard, who can’t swim no way can go to the pool and who can swim also has to swim all the time while in the pool, does not value for the money, "

"My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, was nothing short of spectacular. This visit was particularly special for my wife and me, as it brought back fond memories from a decade ago when we first stayed here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The reception team was exceptionally courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process that immediately set the tone for our visit. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations and making all necessary arrangements to enhance our experience. The room service was equally impressive, consistently delivering prompt and high-quality service with a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service was remarkable, from the immaculate room setup to the thoughtful gestures that made our stay more comfortable. "This is the 2nd time I stay in the hotel and again, me and my family loved it. I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were OK .. Need renovation to be honest. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the times. Swimming pool is nice and the jacuzzi next to it is OK. There is also a kids pool available. All are outdoors and on the 7th floor. The view is nice whether its in the morning or evening. There is no longer breakfast available in the hotel which is OK for me. I went to Seef Mall everyday. I had breakfasts in different cafes in the morning. Talking about Seef mall, hotel is connected to it. There is an access to it from hotel's lobby. You can go and enjoy shopping or dining there anytime. My kids enjoyed going to the mall freely anytime. Overall, I enjoyed the stay again and I recommend it for families."
