"Very lovely hotel details to things are great fab food and drinks so so close to effling park by the side gate I will call it Was a upset day we arrived was lots of dark hair on the bathroom floor missed by cleaner also left the dirty cups the next day so this did put a blip on the stay but staff was lovely and very apologetic definitely will stay here again"

"We stayed in a suite, and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect to see the great sights in the city. If staying on a Saturday you can enjoy the Saturday market in front of the hotel! The hotel is in the middle of restaurants and retail shops. A grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the fridge in the hotel room. It is an easy walk to/from the train station ( even with luggage). The staff were so helpful! Yes, the hotel rooms have air conditioning that works great."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location even if you haven't got a car as the bus stop is just round the corner taking you into the centre and the station in around 15 minutes. Also good for cyclists as they have a locked store. Not many places to eat nearby however. Breakfast is fine. Beds are very comfortable and although rooms are quite small there's everything that you need for a short stay. Next door hotel is popular with commercial drivers so can be noisy early morning."
