Le gros point fort : la navette gratuite à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit vous emméne à l'aéroport tout proche, facile et idéal. Le buffet petit déjeuner et dinner est également excellent et peu couteux ! »

« 2 nuits réservées pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport de Cochin. Séjour agréable, à l’arrivée le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. On a eu un Check out tardif sans frais, vraiment très appréciable. Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse, spa qui mérite de s’y attarder.. Points négatifs cependant pour la piscine, manque d’entretien et pas très propre et le service très lent au restaurant quand on commande à la carte .. mais je le conseille tout de même pour le rapport...

« We booked The Artiste in Kochi for four nights and ended up staying for seven because we loved it so much! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff are truly exceptional. Everyone, from the team at the door to reception and the restaurant, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Kiran, the gym trainer, who was amazing. I did four sessions with him and my husband trained with him separately. He is professional, friendly, and made working out enjoyable even...

The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with fresh South Indian favorites, live dosa and egg counters, continental options, fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. « Mon expérience de l'hôtel est décevante. Nourriture indigeste et sans goût. À tel point que le directeur du restaurant, confus, ne m'a pas fait régler la note de ce dîner. J'ai apprécié son geste ! Petit déjeuner sans imagination et très quelconque. Aucun effort de présentation, qualité médiocre des fruits et divers accompagnements. Aucun accueil à la boutique. Il serait souhaitable que le manager de l'établissement prenne en compte ces remarques que je ne suis pas la seule à émettre....

« Idéal pour une arrivée ou un départ depuis ou vers l'aéroport. Proche de l'aéroport. Parfait pour une halte d'une nuit. Personnel accueillant, souriant, aidant et sympathique. Lit confortable. Sdb propre. Seul point négatif: les chambred vieillissent vite (parquet) J'ai demandé à avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter comme mon vol ne me permettait pas de prendre le petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h30 et j'ai eu un petit sandwich au concombre 😀, de l'ananas et un café indien. Pas le petit déjeuner...
