Warsaw Presidential Hotel
"Property is fine. A bit too big for my liking"
Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague
"I thought the place was very nice and appreciate the fact that my room was ready when I got there early around 12:30 or so. To the gentleman at the front desk that helped me were very nice and friendly and helpful. I just asked the tall gentleman to what his name was. I forgot. Sorry but he was super friendly and helpful and Igor was great as well. To me that makes all the difference in any experience. The room was great, but my biggest complaint is about TV. The only two English channels were news and that was very disappointing as I don’t watch the news in the US. It generally frustrates me and that’s how I felt watching TV in this hotel. To the point where I had to just turn it off and have no TV at all. I don’t know why I couldn’t connect my Netflix to your TV since it’s a smart TV. I’ve been able to do it in London before with no problem. The mirroring thing you guys mentioned on the TV is absolutely unhelpful. I could not figure that out and was not going to start a sub subscription to try and see if I could make it work. I read the amenities very low because the beer spa apparently is only for couples or I guess hard to be able to use it. It was closed on Friday I think. Sounded like a cool thing to do and it was very disappointing that it didn’t seem like it was an option for me. I say that because when I asked about it, I was told something like you got up make reservations or I don’t know. So that amenity did looked very cool on paper was absolutely useless to me."
Hotel Sumratin
"We stayed for 8 nights and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is new, modern and in a good location. Our room had a lovely balcony, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, with a fantastic selection and everything you could imagine. The rooftop pool area is also lovely, with a bar and restaurant. The food was very good, although service could be quite slow as the same staff seemed to serve both the pool and restaurant. Drinks were expensive and unfortunately the beer was never properly cold. The concierge service was disappointing. We asked about day trips and boat tours but were mainly told that everything would require a full day. We eventually booked independently outside the hotel and found options that suited us much better. The sauna is great, but having to book it in advance was frustrating. Reception told us it was fully booked one day, but when we went directly to the spa, it was actually empty and we were able to use it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast, but the service and organisation could be improved."
