I’m not sure the room was thoroughly cleaned because I found an empty Smartwater bottle under the bed. I was excited to see a bathtub, but the sign said it was only for soaking. The mineral hot baths were several steps away from our room, which was inconvenient during chilly weather."

"Marley and her crew are top-of-the-line, always willing to smile and go the extra mile for me. This is where I stay when I come to Lava. This is my destination, my friends and I have a saying, it’s like 70s lavish living. If you showed up in 1978 you’d be like, ‘this is supreme’, and it’s such a fun place to be as a throwback. Everything remains the same amongst the Hot Springs and the trains."

"Our family of 12 had a wonderful time in the spacious home. We liked the huge open areas and plenty of bedroom and bathrooms. There were several games available in the house that we were able to take advantage of. Overall, it was a great experience. Now for the one minor ding (just to be totally honest), the kitchen area was a bit dirty we thought. When we first arrived, we ran the silverware, dishes and cups through the dishwasher and wiped down the counters. With that being said, we would still highly recommend renting this property."
