« We booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub compared to the other two hotels we were looking at. The other two were much cheaper but we wanted a hotel with a nice hot tub that we could relax in. When we checked in they informed us that the hot tub is down and they are waiting for a part so won’t be working during our stay. The whole reason we booked this one was for the hot tub. « The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in.
The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay.
The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean. »
