"A lovely location by the lake with a lakeside view. Easy reach to the beach and walkable distance to the ski resort which is opened in the summer. The flat has a private sauna. Windows could not be opened which made the place very hot during our stay. Hotel staff was very helpful although the check in desk was actually a 5 min drive away from the apartment. It was difficult to find. The check in instructions could be improved by a bit more description in addition to the check in address....

"The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her. "We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. The ski locker downstairs for skis and poles made everything so convenient and hassle-free. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the customer service truly stood out. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the clear and helpful instructions sent via text message prior to arrival, which made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant experience — so much so that we’ve already booked to come back next year!"
