"Very nice, the staff were very nice,, spoke great English! Very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice, and looked out to the city! Street noise was not heard from the room!"

"Very nice hotel. Several bell hop at the entrance ready and willing to help with anything. Almost everyone speaks some English. Room was clean and big. Two toilets. After running a bath I noticed the water had a tint of brown in it. Heated adult pool. Spa was nice. Restaurant was great with lots of choices. The young boy in the gift shop is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He offered us a lot of tips for around town. Everyone here from the bell hops to housekeeping were very pleasant. There is a sketchy area across from the hotel that we were warned about. No problems for us. Highly recommended to stay here. "

"The property was older, but it was clean. It's a Ramada, so nothing too fancy. The room was also spacious. Easy to walk to shopping area. "

"Arrived hours before the check in time, but room was ready and we could unwind after the long flights to Argentina. Room was spartan but clean. We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, and have seen its slow decline, but the location is great and the staff helpful and welcoming."
