"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

There was construction going on beside the property but it didn’t really bother us since we are early risers. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed. Would recommend the hotel for adults if visiting the area."

The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. "Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Steger-Dellai! It was the perfect location to explore Alpe di Siusi. The actual hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. They catered to our toddler and had a pack n play set up for him. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor playground and an indoor play area for him. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The highlight of it all was definitely the staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, not just to us, but to our baby boy....

"I can’t say enough good things. The staff is incredible, the food was home-cooked and made with heart. The property is amazing woth saunas, pools, a playground, and garden all to enjoy.
