« Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et son emplacement près de tout (Gondoles, restaurants, marchés etc) nous avons vraiment profité au maximum de l’emplacement (piscine, déjeuner, balcon) le personnel est d’u grande gentillesse (nous avons même eu la chance de rencontrer Hans the lll - propriétaire de l’hôtel et nous l’avons trouvé très gentil et intéressant. »

« Accueil montagnard pas très chaleureux (peut-être parce qu'on parlait italien...). Clientèle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hôtel organise les tables du petit-déjeuner et nous avons été installés loin des vitres à côté du buffet. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dès le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mérite d'exister même si pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les...

« I am writing to share my recent experience at Rainell Dolomites Retreat and advise against staying there. The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website. Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking...

« Everything about our stay was amazing. Lovely room with view. Fabulous spa facilities which we made use of after a days hiking. So much choice and top quality breakfast and evening meals, but most of it was the fantastic staff who made us so welcome and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Thank you.
