"The room was nice. The air conditioning Did not function properly and the room was hot no matter if we tried to adjust the temperature. I believe housekeeping should have notified the manager before renting out this room. Hopefully it will get fixed b/c the rooms are not cheap"

"I would have rated the hotel stay excellent EXCEPT for one thing and it was irritating...the elevator nearest our suite was OUT OF ORDER. The walk from the only working elevator was LONG....to the lobby, to the hot tub, to the restaurants, to the Biltmore....FIX IT! I would definitely ask if I was to ever stay with you again!"

"Beautiful house; excellent breakfasts; lovely, quiet neighborhood. We stayed in one of the cottages and didn't love the shower in the corner of the room -- with glass doors, meaning no privacy, and no place to put a towel. But the bed was very comfortable. Nice little deck in back, too. I would definitely stay here again. Near Trader Joe's too. "

"Bathroom shower was not safe for older adult. Very slippery tub, nothing to hold onto getting in and out of shower. On second floor so could hear people above us. Room was like a great apartment. Downtown location was wonderful, but parking was 1.5 blocks away with tight parking spaces."

"Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. So you feel...

"At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."
