« My sister and I come to Rehoboth Beach every January and always stay at the Hotel Rehoboth - the hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and the property is immaculate inside and out. The free breakfast is fresh and sufficient consisting of choices of eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal and a breakfast bar is set up with choices of muffins, cold cereal, granola, yogurt and juices. « So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. Couldn’t find a thermostat or...

« We spent 4th of July week here with family who were staying in another house down the street. Everyone loved the location, house, and amenities. This is a fabulous place for family get together. We are already talking about making this an annual event. I have a few recommendations to make the stay better. Parking is a problem if you have oversized vehicles. They offer street parking - termed clamshell parking - but you need a pass. There were more than 25 people waiting for a pass in front of...

« Wonderful unit - spacious, well divided and really well furnished - we had rented two units for 8 people total (including 3 kids) and we spent two nights the 8 of us in that unit without stepping on each other”s toes - fully equipped kitchen, convenient in-unit washer / dryer and even some board games to pass the time during the rainier Hurricane-Erin-induced weather. It was our first time at Sea Colony and I would definitely rent this unit again. »
