"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "

"This is a wonderful, boutique hotel. There are only 10 rooms. Every single staff member was amazing! Very kind and helpful. There is a parking garage for your car. The hotel is litereally on the top of a hill. You have to walk up the hill to arrive at the hotel. They do have a golf cart for your bags, but you're expected to walk. "We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them...
