"The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. "
