Absolutely superb! The service is outstanding, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. Every detail makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. A truly memorable experience, and a hotel I would highly recommend.

The room was clean, we initially had 2 single beds but asked to change to 1 double bed, to which they changed early in the morning as we arrived late. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant, and the aesthetic of the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very polite and helpful and very friendly. The pool was at a good temperature with nice vibes all around

Excellent service, the staff were polite and attentive from arrival to departure. Very clean hotel, beautiful spa facility. We had massages and they were great! The Fiki Japanese restaurant was excellent and the desserts from Aria were great too! Definitely recommend !!!!

Had a nice stay at the Cali Resort & Spa hotel. Very quiet, very clean with friendly staff. Only let downs was the half board upgrade (I was told I could exchange dinner with lunch, but on my last day I was told I couldn’t do this and had to pay for lunch separately). Also unfortunate they don’t enforce a time limit it on the poolside sunbeds to enable more people to use them during their stay.

I came to Cali Resort as a solo traveller and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is lovely (room, pool and other areas in general). I also have to commend the staff for their wonderful 5* service throughout my stay. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Having newly opened in May 2024 there is a fresh and polished feel to this hotel and spa. There is a relaxing and elegant energy around the hotel, the staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. There is an area of bars and restuarants close by with a convenience store too. However going all inclusive is a resonable option as the food at the hotel is plentiful and a good standard. All in all a fantastic stay is pretty much a guarantee.

I booked this trip for a suprise for my husband as we got married in cyprus 2 years and i wanted to come and suprise him for in his anniversary. I was actually quite disappointed by the hotel for a 5 star hotel. Although the room was nice and comfortable and the swimming pool was nice, food wasnt available all the time. We we checked out we were leaving at 12 which i thought we could grab a bite before we left, but even though the beach bar was supposed to open at 11 it didnt open u til 11.30 meaning it was to late which was fustrating being om all inclusive and now having to purchase food at the airport. We were served a pina colada where the coconut cream was sour and evidently gone off and although a policy stating that towels could not be put on sun loungers before 8am when coming down stairs for breakfast at 7.50 all the beds in the pool area which would of been nice to experience were taken either by towels or reserved for those with a "medical condition". It was also quite unpleasant at times with people vaping around the pool so for the money I paid for the 5 star experience I dont feel we recieved

All of the staff were welcoming and provided amazing service and help. We arrived late around 11pm on a Sunday and the hotel had arrange for a late night snack of sandwiches and wraps for our arrival as the nearby restaurants were closed. They also provided us with lemonade and a warm towel on arrival to refresh ourselves aftee our flight. The hotel was clean with our room cleaned and new towels daily. All the staff looked happy to be there and we are extremely grateful to have met Irene who was always happy to help us with any questions including tips about food/excursions as well as helping us with luggage storage for our last day. The hotel is beautiful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again and stay at Cali resort and spa in the near future. Thank you again to all the staff for the amazing hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Cali Resort and Spa. Friendly service, clean and modern hotel with a fantastic pool and plenty of sun beds. The room was comfortable with a large bed. We were given a bottle of wine and some sweet treats on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is very conveniently located for the beach, shops and restaurants in Coral Bay and for exploring the Paphos area. The only slight downside was some of the food. The breakfasts were great, as was the Japanese fusion restaurant, but the evening dinner buffet just wasn’t worth the money. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were booked on a b&b basis so we just took the very short walk to the various restaurants at the back of the hotel. It would have been better if they had some higher quality a la carte options instead of just the buffet. Otherwise, this is a great value and nicely run hotel that we would be happy to return to.

Really lovely staff, delicious food with the AI and premium drinks included. I highly rate the food. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent. Interiors and finishing a bit worn but the hotel itself it decorated in a very modern style. Rooms an okay size for two peoplebut small for the price. Very small bathrooms. The management was warm and welcoming, all the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Overall, not a five star property at all - that being said

Mixed stay at beautiful property Highlights: Excellent spa facilities (steam/sauna), lovely pool with great temperature. Outstanding poolside service - staff like Kamal, Theodora, Ibrahim & Peter were exceptional despite being understaffed. WiFi reliable for streaming. Nice touches like birthday cake on arrival. Issues: Housekeeping inconsistent - sheets not changed despite requests, dirty glasses left in room. Food quality disappointing for 5-star rating. Technical problems frequent (keycards, TV stopped working, shower flooding). Room finishing more 3-star quality with poor paintwork. No spa bathrobes provided. Prime poolside loungers hard to secure, but plenty of other nice spots available. Bottom line: Great staff and location, but operational issues don't match 5-star billing. The wonderful service team made it enjoyable despite property shortcomings.
