« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Love this motel near a creek. I wish there were more motels like it across the country. We chose it because it is pet friendly and looked so cute. Did not disappoint. Rooms were unique, a bit small, but they were too cute to care. Beds were comfy. We did not use spa or pool but they looked inviting. « We really enjoyed the size of the cottage. The whole campus was pretty to drive around and look at the other cottages. We were disappointed in the kids water "park" and slide being down to maintenance. I think the worst part was checking in and then trying to be scammed into going to a time share meeting. »

The air in our room was not working properly, the toilet would not flush, and the mattress had metal springs were coming through the mattress.
