"Dirtiest hotel i ever stepped into and nothing works in hotel, greasy breakfast, stinky pathways and no clue staff. I booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1st night and Hotel refused to refund for remaining nights"

"Rooms were nice and spacious. Lobby was small, and check in was slow. Small parking lot, overflow parking was in the restaurant parking lot across road, just didn't love that and it was not communicated at check in. Nice little convenience shop in the lobby. Overall, would stay again"

"The room as adequate. there was a weird stain on the ceiling by the window and the bathtub looked gross. the walls had old stain on them that clearly hadn't been cleaned. But for one night we made it work"

"Horrible check-in experience. I had a confirmed reservation for a room with a wheel chair access shower but when I checked in at around 3:30pm was told that they did not have a room available despite the reservation. Desk personnel said that had two such rooms but one was occupied and the other was out of service (and had been for some time). They denied any accountability and claimed my issue was with the third party entity (Travelocity) that booked the room since they had no business association with them. This is nuts and a bunch of BS. They did offer a room with grab bars and a tub but refused to even discuss the price differential..basically said to quit whining cause I had a good rate or take it up with Travelocity. I travel twice yearly between ohio and Florida preferring to stay at Drury hotels (Marietta Georgia, Mason, Ohio) so I thought to try a different one....big mistake.I will never darken the doorway of this hotel. Can you believe that they would treat a confirmed reservation as if it did not exist even though it clearly exists in their system?"

"While I was in the process of checking in the manager cancelled my reservation. The front desk staff had the reservation one minute then blamed Expedia for cancelling it the next. The manger came out and said she had actually just cancelled it moments ago. I asked why she would cancel my reservation as I was checking in and she said Expedia oversold the rooms. I asked her if every room was oversold since the day I reserved and paid for my room 8 months ago. She said she had to idea. Then told me there was nothing she could do and I had to contact Expedia to rebook elsewhere. I had no time for this as I was checking in just in time to get ready and make it to an event. When I asked to speak with her manager she said she’d see what she could do and booked me into a king room instead of the reserved double queen. Breakfast buffet was cold and the coffee ran out. I would not stay at this hotel again"

"Okay place to stay, no bugs, but no amenities either. Beds were comfortable but only double beds very small. Perfect for one person not two. No breakfast, pool or ice machine, pop machine not serviced. Great Chinese restaurants across the street within walking distance.. Counter staff was very kind and helpful."
