"Excellent! Love this hotel and its great service!"
This is the second time we've stayed there and will again next year. The staff is consistently helpful, respectful, and attentive - and that includes the front desk, van drivers, security and house keeping. It's a great location you simply walk one block to get to the harbor front area and if you need a ride into quaint Victoria downtown, the hotel's courtesy van will take you. When you're done, call the hotel and their polite staff will come and pick you up. The room is large and the hotel has an indoor pool, a game room and a laundry room. We recommend this hotel highly.

"Great Location"
The hotel is quite nice and within walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable and the staff excellent. The pillows smelled old though which made the room seem not quite as clean as it could be. The staff was responsive and quick to help with any issues we had. I would recommend this hotel as very good value for the price.

"Great"
Beautiful room, great friendly staff. No complaints. Actually, they warn you that it will be a bit noisy on Fri & Sat nights due to the band in the pub downstairs, but once we closed the double doors on the balcony, we couldn't hear a thing. It was very quiet.

"Good first experience"
The location was prime! Within walking distance of downtown, beacon hill park, and the wharf. The staff let us check in early however, we didn't get a city view room which is what I thought I had booked. The only disappointment was that there was no balcony. we didn't spend much time at the hotel but our brief interactions with staff were good. the Sunday brunch was not good but we found a good one at a other hotel close by.

"Nice hotel in the center of Victoria BC"
We had a great time, as usual, in Victoria celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary in the city where we spent part of our honeymoon. We visit Victoria routinely and as such have a list of activities and restaurants we enjoy. This hotel is located on the waterfront within a short walk of many restaurants, sights, etc. If you want to rest, you can sit on your patio watching all of the activity of the waterfront with float planes, ferries, crew teams, water ferries, etc. We like to walk and the flora, such as in Beacon Park or the harbor walkway, could not have been more beautiful.

With so much to do in Victoria, it’s easy to customize your trip and experience the best the city offers while staying within budget.

Start your holiday with a bold adventure on the breakwater. Located close to the Inner Harbour, the breakwater is a low, 700 m concrete bridge on the bay that provides sweeping views of the city. The harbour itself is another favorite, especially the wooden pier of Fisherman’s Wharf. With prime views of sea life and places for people-watching, it’s a charming spot, made only better with some local ice cream treats.

If you love looking at beautiful things, consider heading over to the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. The museum offers a pay-what-you-want day once a month, allowing visitors with even the tightest budgets the chance to view a variety of local and international art pieces.
