Besides the bed issues and a slight complication at the front desk after the first night, everything in the hotel is ok. Pool is heated so we finally got to use it this time around even though the outside temperature got a little chilly on some days.
Had a very nice stay here. Location is great as are the views. Staff was accommodating to our needs when our plans changed and we needed to check in early. Would definitely book this hotel again.
All was not bad except for house keeping leaving my door slightly open all day. Left hotel at 2pm and came back at 1am and door was open and room made up. Hotel rate includes continental breakfast or you can go to Smitty's close by if you want a later breakfast at a reasonable price. There is an excellent super market close ...
ONLY complaint is the city issued map is totally in need of rerite. It is dangerous when used. Nothing makes since. No since of direction is used. They squeeze in adds &fail the NORMALPEOOLE USING MAPS.
Staff at front desk very friendly and kind enough to drop us at the Mall and pick us up from the Bus Station and drop us off on the last day.

Start your holiday with a bold adventure on the breakwater. Located close to the Inner Harbour, the breakwater is a low, 700 m concrete bridge on the bay that provides sweeping views of the city. The harbour itself is another favorite, especially the wooden pier of Fisherman’s Wharf. With prime views of sea life and places for people-watching, it’s a charming spot, made only better with some local ice cream treats.
If you love looking at beautiful things, consider heading over to the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. The museum offers a pay-what-you-want day once a month, allowing visitors with even the tightest budgets the chance to view a variety of local and international art pieces.
Another thing that’s a real beauty is the deal you can get on the perfect Victoria 3-star hotel when you book with Expedia.
