"It was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was a great place to have dinner and a drink. Just a note, if you have an issue with stairs, not a place for you to stay. No elevator and there are stairs to get into the hotel. Our group had no problems. We had a great stay."

"Clean rooms and great staff. Hotel location is great. Walkable to everything downtown. Parking is safe and secure. Continental breakfast was delicious."

"Reserved a room with a kitchen, was told I had to pay extra to use it ($15 a day). Asked to be provided with two plates for take out, was greeted with a snark remark about not getting it myself. Asked to move rooms, was told I had to pay for that. Went to brekky around 940, there was no coffee - told to drink decafe. Brekky was not fresh, stale bread. Room key troubles, had to ask the same attendant twice to help and was met with snotty looks (get off your phone maybe?) Greeted staff at front counter, they literally either said nothing or gumbled a response. For the cost and experience being downtown Victoria, I would go anywhere else if I had to do this trip again."
