"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the hotel is very old and definitely in need of renovation — even the pools require some repairs. One major downside was that there was no drinking water provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay but hope the hotel considers updating its facilities soon."

"There were no staff from arrival to departure. The kitchen is very poorly supplied. The rooms are basic. The booking said clearly that we could pay on arrival, and we wanted to pay on our Canadian debit card, but the payment was taken on our English credit card a week or so before arrival. They have the market because there is so little accommodation in the area, but their winter service is awful."

"The cabin was immaculate and we felt comfortable immediately. The staff were amazing and very helpful - even filling a low tire for us!! The scenery was breath taking; the lights at night made it feel magical.
