"Went to check in and there was no staff anywhere to be found. Had to sit in the lobby with a 4 year old and infant for over 20 mins. The lobby definitely smells like smoke too. My 4 year old did have a lot of fun at the waterpark though. There was towels just thrown everywhere in the pool area so it would be cool if they had someone to pick up often throughout the day."
