"Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services...

Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "This hotel is in a great location at the top of the main high street in the capital of Andorra. Everything within the city is within walking distance and considering the location the room was remarkably quiet. The room was modern and the bathroom was new and kept to a good standard. They had eco friendly shower gel, body oil and shampoo housed in non plastic eco friendly packaging. Staff were friendly, WiFi was good and there was a coffee/cafe immediately below the hotel if you wanted a snack...

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."
