« Hotel qui parait un peu vide car on rencontre peu les autres clients, personnel très aimable sans être trop présent Chambres correctes et bonnes prestations La piscine sur le toit est peu utilisée et pourrait être améliorée. L'environnement par contre n'est pas top car l'hotel est au milieu d'un quartier en travaux et on n'y accède que par des petites rues pas très propres, ce qui nuit à l'impression générale »

« excellent acceuil de la part du personnel de l'hôtel,ils font tout ce qu'il faut pour que tout se passe sans problème.ils téléphonent même à votre place si vous leur demandez pour confirmer votre vol retour !!la nourriture au restaurant est excellente.le personnel du ginger de trivandrum est vraiment adorable!le seul petit défaut au niveau des chambres c'est que le côté route malgré le double vitrage est un peu bruyant. »

« Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits en décembre 2011 mon épouse et moi dans cet hôtel. Acceuil sans défaut, conseil et éfficacité du personnel. Super endroit et très beau jardin et vue sur la mer, cottage agréable nous avions le N° 407, super vue et jardin magnifique. Dommage que la plage soit aux couleurs indiennes, pas très propre, sinon le long de l'hôtel, c'est acceptable. Personnel et restaurant super et efficace. Une bonne adresse pour des vacances au calme. Bon rapport qualité / prix. A...

« J'avais réservé 14 nuits et finalement j'y suis resté 3 semaines. ...le manager et son équipe sont aux petits soins, les chambres sont simples mais confortables, les soins sont professionnels, la cuisne est simple mais bonne! « Chakra cottage had aesthetic interiors and very spacious even for a couple with small kids. Seeing sunrise in the lake from the portico was wonderful. Staff were really courteous and friendly. Spa was great too. Overall it was a lovely peaceful experience just an hour drive from Thiruvananthapuram. »

« Idéalement placé dans une petite rue très proche de la plage et sans passage donc au calme. L'accès n'est pas facile car les véhicules n'accèdent pas en bord de mer, environ 300 m à faire à pied avec ses valises mais cela vaut pour tous les hôtels. Chambres simples mais très grandes, attention au moment de la résa nous n'avions pas vu qu'il existait une différence entre AC et non AC mais les chambres sont équipées d'un ventilateur au plafond qui fonctionne bien. Nous avions 4 chambres pourtant...
