"Phenomenal, phenomenal! This was extremely comfortable, wonderful staff, lovely room with a great view of the bay. We saw the fireworks for the Black Ship Festival. The balcony onsen was extremely private and comfortable. Would highly recommend that this be your number one choice of hotel if you are in Shimoda."

"小1と3歳の子供を連れての一泊でお世話になりました。 館内は綺麗で、清潔感もあり、アロマ（？）の香りが漂い、とても快適でした。 フロント、食事会場のスタッフの方々の対応も感じが良かったです。 ただ、子供用のタオルや、アメニティ（歯ブラシ）が部屋になく、不便でした。歯ブラシは念のために持参していたので、持参したものを使いました。 タオルはさすがに小学生の子供には必要なので、フロントへ連絡して受け取りに伺いました。 子供料金も支払っているので、部屋に準備されていたらな、と思いました。 食事は夕食、朝食共に、大変美味しくいただきました。 お風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。 機会があればまた伺いたいと思います。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。"

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The free drinks was an amazing perk. We had breakfast both days we stayed, it was brought to our room, and we were given the choice of Japanese or U.S. traditional style. We had a very nice view of the ocean. There were two private barhs and they were both clean and partially open airbaths "

"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the driver was also very courteous. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks available at most times, including alcoholic beverages. While the building and facilities felt a bit dated, the private baths attached to some rooms were absolutely fantastic. The hotel is surrounded by a spacious property, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience. "
