Staff went over and above to cater to every need. The accommodation was comfortable sleeping on futons on tatami mats. The beautiful robes they provided made us feel at home. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. They even provided us bento boxes for lunch. View of the ocean outstanding and the hot springs wonderful. Jan 3, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities １月２日に宿泊したのに、12月31日と書いてあるお品書きを堂々と出していて驚きました。部屋のお風呂を使う人がほとんどいないのでしょうが、汚くて入る気がしませんでした。 湯上がり処に担当スタッフがいるのに、カウンターに使用済のグラスや食器が放置されお客が来ても知らんぷり。追加のトコロテンを持って来た同僚に「お客がめちゃくちゃ来た〜」ととても迷惑そうに言っていて不快でした。トコロテンを持って来たスタッフさんは「冷えたのをどうぞ」と勧めてくれて感じ良かったです。 夕刻に風呂に行くと、露天風呂が真っ暗で足元が危なくて入れませんでした。夜は電気が点いていたので、付け忘れだったようです。 セブ島出身のスタッフさんがホスピタリティがあって良かったです。 ロケーションは良いのに残念な宿でした。 ##### ??? Stayed 1 night in Jan 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Nahoko Dec 10, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### 全体的に満足、ただ夜中の停電に辟易。 スタッフの丁寧な対応ときれいな言葉遣い、様々なサービス、清潔で行き届いたお部屋やインテリア、そして気持ちのいい温泉、と大変満足した滞在でした。お料理はもっと素材の味を生かしたシンプルなものでもいいかなと思いましたが、地元の素材をふんだんに使っている点は良かったです。ひとつだけ残念だったのは、夜中に突然大きな音が聞こえ始め、たぶん発電機の音だと思いますが、2\~3時間続き、あまり眠れなかったことです。その間は電気もつかず、不便でした。朝になっても特別説明がなかったのですが、もし非常事態だったのなら、説明があっても良かったかと思います。 ##### Nahoko Stayed 1 night in Dec 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### ??
