"My booking is twin beds room, 3 nights with computer room, the counter man said all the computer out of date and do not have such room now. He said anyway I can use their staff computer at the lobby. Why should I paid more and enjoy little. Drinking water 5RMB per bottle, it is not free. Corridor dark, dirty and smelly. room service staff like to argue with guest, and intented do not provide tooth brush for the following day."

"Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. "I stayed here for 2 weeks and I like the hotel. The hotel is new and the staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring the Apple translator with you. A few of them don't speak English.
