Even after trying to contact them on-site, we only received a mobile number from other guests. This number belonged to an employee, who then gave us the number of the owner. To this day, more than three weeks later, The Owner refuses to refund our money. We received no service and paid for it. It's a complete rip-off and not recommended. "Clean room, lovely staff, stunning beach view, tasty breakfast, giant beds and aircon - what do you need more? The only small thing was that the pressure in the toilet was not top-notch, so we had to flush multiple times to get rid of a small piece of toilet paper. But this was a super minor „inconvenience“, which was masked by all the positive things we had there! Would definitely recommended and visit again! "
