"The elevator closest to the front desk was out of repair, but those things happen. The elevator at the other end of the hall did work. And it’s always good to get in a few more steps!"

"Staff is pleasant and rooms as pictured, shuttle is easy....But BEWARE! We utilized Sonesta's paid parking program while we traveled. This location has NO CAMERAS, our vehicle was vandalized, broken into and personal items stolen. Also insufficient lighting and no security personnel. Even though the hotel takes all your information, they never even let us know what happened when we checked in. Police were called at some point, incident report created and window was taped up. No hotel apologies. Stay/Park/Fly is a great program, just choose another hotel!"
