« I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend ! »

« Le personnel était gentil et courtois, toutefois la salubrité laissait vraiment à désirer. De fortes odeurs de cannabis étaient présentes dans les corridors. La salle de bain présentait des signes évidents de moisissures, ce qui est inacceptable. Le déjeuner offert est très basique et de qualité minimale. Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur des attentes, principalement en raison des problèmes de propreté. »

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. « This is not a complaint but an observation about the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and staff was wonderful. A complaint about their condiment containers. You need to use a spoon that is provided but the only way to get the spoon out of its holder is by picking it up by the "scoop" end which in my opinion is unsanitary. With everyone handling it that way. »

« Room: We were missing two towels. We had only one trash can, one bar of soap, no tissues. Breakfast: No protein except the cream cheese "spread"; no fresh fruit; no fiber; juice machine broken. Overall: This location recently changed from LaQuinta to Baymont. We drove past it because we didn't see the large overhead sign from I-70. We stopped because the GPS told us to but we saw leftover LaQuinta logos and a van and thought we were in the wrong place. We went to a different motel and finally...
