The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful. "

"Although previous reviews have talked about the pool and rooftop bar, the hotel seems to be undergoing a total renovation. There is no more pool or bar, and they are literally still building the rooms on the top floor. Breakfast was only available at the hotel on my second day; the first day I was sent to a restaurant about five minutes away. Although I left a do not disturb sign on my door, someone knocked repeatedly and demanded to come in and check that I had not taken anything from the mini bar. No one came to clean my room, or even to replace the bottle of water that I was given when I checked in. This place is not ready for primetime."
