« The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests. »

« My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday. The room met all our needs. The bed was very soft and squishy, but surprisingly we were able to sleep well. The furniture was worn and tired, but it was perfectly fine for us. We met the owner, he was very pleasant and accommodating. Even calling me when I forgot a pair of boots, he was willing to send them to me. Our daughter picked them up but I appreciated the offer. »
