"the staff especially the manager Tati were excellent. She did my laundry for me and arranged (although extremely expensive) driver for me)-the general manager was also very professional but the area is next to a freeway and a lake with screaming kids all day. not the property's fault but it is next to a trailer park and I would only recommend this place if it was for an evening instead of 5 nights. the pictures online are of a different hotel which is very deceitful on Expedia's part. "
