"Excellent location and room was great value for money. However since I work online my stay was not all that pleasing. Despite the facilities listed when you look at rooms before reserving, there was only wifi near the reception and pool. The first day the aircon wasnt working, the second day there was no water for a while. I then waited half an hour at the desk to ask somebody to fix it. "Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
