"By far, OYO Rockssar was the best 2-star hotel we experienced in this 3 week trip in the Philippines from Iloilo to Cebu (OYO in Moalboal cancelled on us last minute so not impressed =(), to Panglao, Coron then back to Manila. It was clean, simple setup, spacious, airconditioning worked and right at the heart of the city, close to the airport for transfers, staff were very helpful with needs re comforts esp when we arrived on a brownout on 40 degree heat. "There was no FO personnel when we got to the hotel at around 2am. It's good though that the security guard can let us to our reserved room. FO personnel gets in by 9am, and until this time, there is only the security guard who can attend to our concerns. Breakfast selection is very limited, and again, they can only start taking breakfast orders from 8am. Water flow for the bathroom was really low at first, it can't even go up to the shower head. The cable for TV channels is not working either....
