"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"Cindy is such a lovely host. She will respond to you as soon as possible. She made sure I found my way to the hostel. Upon arrival she was very helpful and giving me suggestions.
