"Morons at the front desk don't know when a room is occupied. Sent me to a room that already had people in it when I checked in, then let me believe someone was trying to break into my room at 1:50a when they sent someone to my room. No door lock latch in my first room. Lamps didn't work in the second room they moved me to. AC had no dials so no idea how to control the AC. This place should be leveled and let the prairiedogs have the land back."
