However, the management company was very gracious and considerate and friendly in finding us another place to stay, which was an outstanding property and we finished our vacation very satisfied the maintenance issue didn’t reflect on the quality of the condo we booked just an unfortunate timing. To be clear, our substitute accommodations were excellent. »

« Loved staying at this unit! Conveniently located to base of mountain and easy drive to downtown Steamboat. Parking was easy. Unit was clean and well-equipped! Lovely creek out front was a bonus - nothing better than the sound of rushing mountain water while drinking your morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon or evening. »

« Wonderful place to stay. Clean and organized with everything we needed, even above and beyond with extra blankets, fans, etc. Cooling system in the living room and master which was great during a very hot few days, but the second bedroom didn't have a cooling system. We opened windows in the evening and it was ok, but pretty warm. We would for sure stay here again. »

« Great location. Wish that there were better instructions about how to utilize the 'ski in' / 'ski out'. Just a paragraph or two left in the unit would do it. Also, when we inquired with the manager about whether there is bus/shuttle service from the unit they (twice) sent us a city bus schedule. I find it hard to believe that that is the only transportation solution other than uber or driving yourself. »
