"I've paid online for a separate room. Once I arrived I noticed that there is no available room for me. As alternative they bring me to the other guesthouse far away from this place. The new place had broken wi-fi, there was no any infrastructure near the guesthouse. The back way I've been forced to be paid by myself."

"Beware non-Muslim guests! This is a dry hotel, and apparently consumption of alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the property. This was not disclosed prior, which is unacceptable! "We loved our stay at Kandy Shady Trees thanks to the very welcoming and accommodating nature of our hosts.
