« Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. »

« We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! »

« Received checkin instructions day of and checked in super easily with the lock box. The camper was already set to a nice cold 70 degree temp with the summer outdoor temps being mid 90s this was greatly appreciated. Everything was well kept and clean. Extra blankets and sheets as well as plenty of kitchen ware and toiletries. They even provide two WiFi’s just in case! Outdoor awning was a huge added bonus with the heat! To help cool down the outdoor seating area! The neighborhood is tucked away...

« Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach. »

« It was a blessing on how close the house was to the beach. It is a perfect place for a family of all ages. We felt safe. The management company was prompt with any concerns or questions. To our surprise, our deposit was returned the same day of departure. »

« We enjoyed our stay, perfect location, far enough away from overcrowded public beach locations, but close enough to restaurants and shops. Our beds at home were definitely more comfortable, but we still slept well! Family room furniture super cozy, patio furniture very nice! We loved the spacious patio and appreciated the protection from the dunes across the street. Maybe next time there will be a gazebo added across the property to get direct access from house, but it was not a big deal to walk...

« We couldn’t ask for a nicer house and location to the beach. The house was gorgeous and we loved the master suite. Kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Our favorite place was the deck on the 3rd floor. Whether it was dusk or dawn enjoying our morning coffee with the breeze off the ocean it was very relaxing and peaceful. We highly recommend your house for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time . We will be back !! Thank you »
