« My room was in horrible shape. Visible dead bugs under the bedding, dirty & damaged walls and doors. The front desk is behind bullet-proof glass. There were suspicious characters in the parking lot and the property does not lock their doors at night. It felt unsafe from a health and crime perspective. »

« This hotel should never be given a rating of more than a 3/10\. The sheets were stained, the room smelled like too much cleaning product that I could taste it. The pillows were flat, old and soiled. The drape might as well been clear because it didn’t block the sun at 7am. Every sound in neighbors room and hallway was heard. It seemed shady where it could have been a rent by the hour. When I asked to speak to management I was told I couldn’t have that information. There was no email, no phone, no...

« I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel. »

« Une navette doit venir à l’aéroport nous prendre pour nous amenez à l’hôtel gratuitement. Personne ne nous avertis que la navette qui doit nous amener porte un autre nom que celui de l’hôtel donc nous avons attendu plus d’une heure à l’aéroport. Quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre, une serviette à main est sale, le drap du lit est sale et une couverture à été jeter dans une armoire non plier et sûrement utilisé. »

« Very dirty hotel and terrible service. Supposedly breakfast is included, but we didn't find any food and when we asked at reception, they said it wasn't included, it's a scam. I don't recommend this hotel. « L hôtel est à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Philadelphie. Ce qui est très pratique. Le petit dejeuner est correct et l hôtel propre. Pas compris que nous ayons du payer 50€ de plus que prévu, il parait que ce sera remboursé... A savoir: Le retour vers philadelphie est payant niveau du pont, 6$. Le parking independence visitor center est pratique, 28$/jour sauf si on prend la navette phlash (5$/jour pour un up un down très pratique) c est 14$ sur présentation du ticket.
