"Terrible... Do not waste ur time and money... Rooms are dirty, bugs at night, toilet won't flush, front door is weak anybody can kick it in... I hate it didn't think to take pics... We checked out early and im waiting to hear back for a refund.. Booked at Springhill Suites Downtown Memphis it was sooo nice and clean no complaints at that hotel... Only good thing is it wasn't far driving to Beale St."
