« The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully...

« Was told “I canceled your booking!” Upon arrival, property manager told me that my reservation was canceled. I don’t have queen size beds and Expedia knows that. After listening to him rant and use racial slurs, I was charged for a king room at another 25$. Stayed here on two separate occasions and both times was not worth the money. Very unprofessional management and I will be staying 30 miles elsewhere just to drive 2 blocks from this motel to work. »

« The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The hotel was very cute and had comfortable places to hangout. No staff becauae we came in after 6pm Saturday. It's "self-serve". We found our room by reading the names on the doors. »

« When we got there, the room they gave us, the air conditioning didn't work. It also wasn't very clean. They moved us to another one that the air worked. As it turned out, we were the only guests in the entire motel. The guy on the desk said he was filling in for his uncle who was on vacation. Also the smoke detector was missing. The attendant was very accommodating. He tried his best. »
