The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. "I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."

"The hotel is located very close to route 8 subway station, which goes all the way to down town Shanghai, with just one train ride. The breakfast has a good mix of western and Chinese food. Staffs are all very nice, with new facility and clean environment. I have been stayed there many times, and would recommend it without hesitation, thanks!"
