Staff very positive and helpful. Has a great gym and spa. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice with lifeguard until 11pm! Executive lounge very nicely done with view and snacks were fresh and great. I got an upgrade too, although I had early check in. The Shanghai Hilton iis showing its age,but the location is great. We took the evening buffet, and it was very expensive, considering there was such a small selection of dishes on offer. I cannot fault any of the staff. I reached the hotel pretty early but I was not able to get an early check-in so the staff made some arrangement for me to shower at the gym and freshen up. Also, I am able to park my luggage at the concierge for the time being. The next day, I remember the room service lady reminded me to bring along a coat as the weather turns cold.
