"Levei quase 40 minutos pra fazer o check-in, depois fiquei os 3 dias sem tv,estava c defeito e não resolveram nada, quarto c ventilador de teto horrível, levei o meu mas não adiantou muito quente .A janela de vidro tem uma cortina sem black-out, quando da 04:30 da manha a claridade te acorda.Reclamei varias vezes com a atendente na recepção, mas elas escutam e não resolvem nada....vim embora antes do dia não aguentei ficar."
